The AI category has collapsed around a single word: context. Every vendor now claims to be the layer agents reason over. Yet most revenue AI still works from the thin slice reps choose to log and acts only when asked.
The investment hasn’t paid off evenly. Deloitte reports that only about 10 percent of organizations using agentic AI have seen significant, measurable ROI so far.
Revenue teams don’t need more data or another generic agent. They need an operating system built for how revenue actually works: one that grounds AI in customer reality, governs how agents act, and puts the right intelligence in front of the right person on the surface where they already work.
That’s why, today at Celebrate ’26 in Las Vegas, Gong is unveiling new product innovations coming to the Gong Revenue AI OS. Those announcements are just some of the many innovations included in Mission Callisto, which brings new capabilities across trusted context, agentic execution, and measurement. Let’s take a look at all the new innovations rolling out to Gong customers with Mission Callisto:
Start every decision and action with trusted third-party data
Third-party account and contact data used to be scattered across providers, and no single source delivers the coverage and accuracy every team needs. RevOps teams are left stitching together data points from multiple vendors, while reps lose time researching contacts and validating records.
Gong Enrich addresses these challenges by expanding the Gong Revenue Graph with rich third-party account and contact data. Teams can orchestrate multiple data providers through a configurable enrichment waterfall. Customers can connect existing Gong Enrich Data Partner accounts directly to Gong or use Gong Credits to access additional participating Data Partners, helping fill gaps without leaving their Gong workflows.
That data appears directly in the workflows where teams need it:
- Reps can fill missing contact details on demand and verify the contact is up to date before starting a Gong Engage Flow.
- RevOps teams can configure automated workflows to update existing CRM data, and manage data costs and access.
- Admins can configure enrichment to trigger automatically when an email bounces or through Agent Builder based on CRM changes, date-based conditions, or AI Tracker signals.
The result is better data coverage with less manual research and less dependence on any single provider. Sales prospecting, pipeline coverage, and account management improve because the context behind every interaction is complete before a rep – or an agent – ever acts on it. And because enriched data becomes part of the Gong Revenue Graph, every decision and action that follows has a stronger foundation.
Gong Enrich is generally available today.
Turn revenue context into agentic execution
Repeatable processes used to depend on people to keep them moving, while complex business questions require hours of manual investigation.
With Mission Callisto, not only are we expanding the context that is available to the Gong Revenue Harness, but we are delivering new ways for AI to reason across and act on that context.
Teams can put that context to work in four ways:
- Agent Builder enables teams to create Custom Agents that automatically run in response to the events and conditions they define – turning work that used to require someone to remember to start it into work that simply happens. This is an addition to the ability to manually trigger agents whenever teams need them. Now, teams define the triggers, conditions, steps, and actions behind each workflow — or simply describe the agent you want in natural language. With reusable skills, they can capture company expertise and apply it across agents.
*Manually triggered Custom Agents are included with a Gong Foundation user subscription. Automatically triggered Custom Agents consume Gong Credits.
- Gong Assistant is becoming the front door to more of what Gong can do – not just a way to ask questions, but a way for teams to investigate and build. With Mission Callisto, Gong Assistant shows up in more of the surfaces where revenue teams work, takes on harder research questions, and turns plain-language requests into ready-to-use Gong assets.
- Deep Mode takes on the investigation a rep or leader would otherwise do for complex business questions. It examines a broader set of information, connects signals across the business, and delivers an evidence-backed report on what is driving wins, losses, competition, and where to intervene.
- On Deal Boards and Account Boards, Gong Assistant brings context directly into where revenue teams work. Leaders can compare deals and accounts, ask follow-up questions, and prioritize where to intervene without reviewing each opportunity or account individually – turning what used to be hours of one-by-one reviews into a few minutes of asking the right question.
- Build Gong Engage Flows from a natural-language request. This turns the best-performing Flows from a few reps into a Flow the rest of your team runs – not just knowledge that stays in select top-performers’ heads.
Deep Mode is available today and consumes Gong Credits. Custom Agents that are automatically triggered, along with other Gong Assistant enhancements, will be available later this year.
Measure what’s working — and put it back to work
Measuring revenue outcomes used to be fragmented across teams and use cases. Every new question became another reporting project, and even when leaders spotted a change in performance, they didn't have enough information to know what was driving it.
Gong Dashboards give revenue teams a centralized analytics experience across Gong. RevOps can define reusable metrics, targets, and list views that reflect how their business uniquely operates, then apply them across different Dashboards.
That creates a consistent path from measurement to action:
- RevOps teams can define metrics such as bookings or win rate once, then govern how those metrics are used across the business.
- Leaders can run business reviews against targets and see performance across pipeline, engagement, and outcomes in one place.
- Managers can drill down from a KPI into the accounts, opportunities, or other records behind it.
Gong Dashboards are generally available today for Gong Forecast users, with broader access coming to more Gong customers later this year. Contact your Gong team for details on availability by license.
Only Gong closes the loop
We’re proud of our innovation, but we also know that revenue teams don’t just need new product names — you need next quarter to look different. With Gong Enrich, fewer of your deals stall because a phone number or email was wrong. With Agent Builder, the workflows that used to depend on someone remembering to run them now runs on their own, every time. With Gong Dashboards, when your win rate moves, you know why in minutes, not after a week of someone rebuilding the report. That's Mission Callisto: the same system that captured what happened with your customers now tells you what to do next.
